This workshop was organized successfully at JSPL , Barbil on 16th and 17th November . As many as 69 participants from 16 pellet plants participated in the 2-day programme , which included a visit to JSPL
pellet plant . Experts with long experience in Pellet plant operations and maintenance gave lectures which were followed by very interactive discussions .Certificates were given to all participants .Each team was
given a pen drive having all the presentations and photographs.
A unique feature of this workshop was the participation of ‘Indian Iron & Steel sector skill council ‘ (IISSSC) .Feedback by participants was very encouraging –they all wanted that PMAI should continue with such programmers.
Secretary General requested members to ensure with their Pellet plant in charges that there is good ‘knowledge sharing’ of presentations by participants with their colleagues. PMAI members may volunteer for
hosting the next workshop in 2019.
